Baked Spare Ribs


Ingredients
3 lb spare ribs
1 tsp salt
3 tsp brown sugar
4 clove garlic minced finely
1 tea spoon black pepper
1 table spoon Soya sauce
½ cup beer (optional)

Preparation
• Combine all the ingredients.
• Pour this mixture over the spare ribs.
• Marinate overnight or about 2-3 hours in the fridge
• Bake the ribs on a rack in a baking pan for 1 to 1½ hours, baste frequently with the marinade.
