It was not until the following year that his trademark slogan 'Major Shackie Maaan!' was unleashed in his smash hit 'Rubber Waist' which took him to Trinidad, New York and Toronto.

He has worked with many producers including ace Barbadian Producer Peter Coppin. This collaboration has given birth to the ever popular 'Wuk up Man' which presently tears up UK, Canadian, New York and Caribbean soca clubs.

Recently he has created another stir with a slower number which makes the ladies blush. A tune called 'Tulips' released by Major Shackie makes him a definite choice as a 'gardener' as far as the ladies are concerned.
