Inspired by the 1979 hit by McFadden and Whitehead, Toronto Revellers take the unprecedented step of merging the rhythms, glitz and glamour of the Disco era with the colour, character and general flamboyance of Caribbean Carnivals. In doing so, we do what the Toronto Revellers do best – take bold, innovative strides in the development of Caribbean culture while still retaining our respect for the traditions of the past.
